Shawn is responsible for long-range planning, short-term strategic initiatives, and performing Project Management duties. As Project Manager, Shawn makes critical decisions and selects the best subcontractors and suppliers for each project

Shawn graduted from Clemson University with a Major in Construction Science and Management. Having worked as a laborer, superintendant and an estimator for Clayco, Shawn has bulit his experience from the ground up.
Recently, Shawn has worked on several major projects, including an American TV store, the Saint Lous University Research Center, and the Case Residence in Basalt, Colorado. |

Allen is responsible for the daily activity at each job site. Working closely with on-site crews, Allen provides smooth coordination for turnkey delivery on every project.
Before Allen’s involvement with Capitol Peak, he was a major attribute to Clayco. As one of the original members of the Clayco Team, he contributed to tis overwhelming success today

Allen’s expertise has led to the successful completion of several major projects, including the Atlanta Falcons Training Facility, two Disney Distribution Centers, Mercantile Bank in St. Louis and many other excellent projects. |
